Rinmochan Mangal Stotra

Mangalo Bhoomiputrashch Rinaharta Dhanpradah |
Sthirasano Mahakayah Sarvakarmavirodhakah ||1||

Meaning: Mangal, Bhumiputra (son of the earth), Rinharta (destroyer of debts), Dhanprada (giver of wealth), Sthirasaan (one who stays stable at his place), Mahakaya (big bodied), Sarvakarmavirodhak (remover of all kinds of obstacles).

Lohito Lohitaakshashcha Saamagaanaam Kripaakarah |
Dharaatmajah Kujo Bhaumo Bhootido Bhoominandanah ||2||

Meaning: Lohit (red, made of copper), Lohitaksha (red eyed), Samaganaam Kripakar ( one who bestows kindness on the knower of Samveda ), Dharamatmaja (born from the womb of the earth), Kuja (a tree, son of Earth), Bhaumo (of Mars or Earth), Bhootid (bestower of wealth), Bhoominandan (one who brings joy to the Earth).

Angaarko Yamashchaiva Sarvarogaapahaarakah |
Vrushteh Karta'pahartaa Cha Sarvakaamaphalapradah ||3||

Meaning: Angarak, Yama, Sarvarogapaharak (destroyer of all diseases), Vrishtikarta (one who brings rain), Vrishtiharta (one who does not stop rain), Sarvakamaphalprada (one who provides the fruits of all deeds).

Etaani Kujanaamani Nityam Yah Shradhaya Pathet |
Rinam Na Jaayate Tasya Dhanam Sheeghramavaapnuyaat ||4||

Meaning: A person who recites these twenty-one names of Mangaldev with devotion every day, never has to take loan and gets money quickly.

Dharanigarbhasambhootam Vidyutkaantisamaprabham |
Kumaaram Shaktihastam Cha Mangalam Pranamaamyaham ||5||

Meaning: O Mangal Dev, you were born from the womb of the earth, your radiance is like the lightning shining in the sky, you possess all the power, I salute you.

Stotram Angaarakasyaitat Pathaneeyam Sadaa Nribhih |
Na Teshaam Bhaumajaa Peedaa Svalpaapi Bhavati Kvachit ||6||

Meaning: O Mangaldev, your Mangal Stotra should always be recited by humans with full devotion. Those who recite it do not suffer even the slightest pain from Mars.

Angaarako Mahaabhaaga Bhagavanbhaktavatsala |
Tvaam Namaami Mamaasheshamrinamaashu Vinaashaya ||7||

Meaning: O Angarak (like the flame of fire), Mahabhag (worshipable), Bhagwan, Bhaktvatsal (one who has affection for devotees) I salute you. Free us from debt by getting us to repay the loan taken from someone else.

Rinarogaadidaaridrayam Ye Chaanye Hyapamrityavah |
Bhayakleshamanastaapaa Nashyantu Mama Sarvada ||8||

Meaning: O Mangaldev, please eliminate anyone's debt on me, if there is any kind of disease then eliminate that as well. Eliminate my poverty and destroy untimely death. Remove fear, pain and sorrow from my mind.

Ativaktra Duraaraadhyo Bhogamukta Jitaatmanah |
Tushto Dadaasi Saamraajyam Rushto Harasi Tatkhshanaat ||9||

Meaning: You are extremely crooked, difficult to satisfy, free from worldly pleasures and victorious. When you shower your blessings on someone, you can give him all the wealth and happiness and when you are angry, you can destroy everything in a moment.

Virinchishakravishnunaam Manushyaanaam Tu Kaa Kathaa |
Tena Tvam Sarvasattvena Graharaajo Mahaabalah ||10||

Meaning: When you are angry with someone, you make them devoid of compassion. When you are unhappy, you can destroy the empire of Brahma, Indra and Vishnu , then what about a person like me. Due to such bravery, you are the most powerful among all the planets.

Putraandehe Dhanam Dehi Tvaam Asmi Sharanam Gatah |
Rinadaaridrayaduhkhena Shatrunaam Cha Bhayattatah ||11||

Meaning: I have come to your refuge, please give me a son, please give me wealth. Eliminate my debts, end my poverty, end my sorrows, end my enemies and free me from fear.

Ebhirdwaadashabhir Shlokairyah Stauti Cha Dharasutam |
Mahatim Shriyamaapnoti Hyaparo Dhanado Yuva ||12||

Meaning: Any person who worships Mangal Dev with these twelve verses gets immense wealth and age has no effect on him i.e. he remains young forever.
