Verse 1:

Ashutosh Shashank Shekhar,
Chandra Mouli Chidambara,
Koti-Koti Pranam Shambhu,
Koti Naman Digambara.

Meaning: O Ashutosh, the one who is easily pleased, and Shashank Shekhar, the one adorned with the moon on your forehead! O Chandra Mouli (bearer of the crescent moon) and Chidambara (dweller of the infinite cosmos), I offer you countless salutations. O Shambhu (benevolent one) and Digambara (clothed in the directions), I bow to you repeatedly.

Verse 2:

Nirvikar Omkar Avinashi,
Tumhi Devadhi Dev,
Jagat Srajak Pralay Karta,
Shivam Satyam Sundara.

Meaning: O formless and eternal Lord of Omkara! You are the supreme deity among gods and the creator and destroyer of this universe. You embody auspiciousness (Shivam), truth (Satyam), and ultimate beauty (Sundara).

Verse 3:

Nirankar Swaroop Kaleshwar,
Maha Yogishwara,
Dayanidhi Danishwara Jai,
Jatadhar Abhayankara.

Meaning: O formless Kaleshwar (Lord of time), the supreme Yogi! You are the ocean of compassion and the bestower of boons. Victory to you, O Jatadhar (one with matted hair) and Abhayankara (remover of fear).

Verse 4:

Shul Pani Trishul Dhari,
Augadhi Baghambari,
Jai Mahesh Trilochanaya,
Vishwanath Vishambhara.

Meaning: O wielder of the trident and bearer of the tiger skin, hail to you, Mahesh (the great God), Trilochan (the three-eyed), Vishwanath (Lord of the universe), and Vishambhara (the sustainer of the world).

Verse 5:

Nath Nageshwar Haro Har,
Pap Saap Abhishap Tam,
Mahadev Mahan Bhole,
Sada Shiv Shiv Shankara.

Meaning: O Nath (Lord), Nageshwar (Lord of serpents), destroyer of sins, curses, and darkness! O Mahadev, the great and innocent one, eternal Shiv Shankara, glory be to you always.

Verse 6:

Jagat Pati Anurakti Bhakti,
Sadaiv Tere Charan Ho,
Kshama Ho Aparadh Sab,
Jai Jayati Jagadishwara.

Meaning: O Lord of the Universe, I humbly pray that my devotion and love always remain at your feet. Please forgive all my sins and offenses. Glory be to Jagadishwara (Lord of the Universe).

Verse 7:

Janam Jeevan Jagat Ka,
Santap Taap Mite Sabhi,
Om Namah Shivay Man,
Japata Rahe Panchakshara.

Meaning: O Lord, dispel all suffering and pain from this life, birth, and the world. Let my mind continuously chant “Om Namah Shivaya,” the sacred five-syllable mantra.
