।। prayer to Lord Shri Krishna ।।

Mookam Karoti Vaachalam Pangu Langhayate Girim।
Yatkrupa Tamaham Vande Paramananda Maadhavam।।

Meaning: I pray to that blissful Madhava, by whose grace the dumb start speaking a lot and the lame cross mountains.

If there is any way to attain the grace of Purna Brahma Lord Shri Krishna, then it is only to remember and sing the praises of God. God himself tells Naradji-

Naaham Vasaami Vaikunthe Yoginaam Hridaye Na Cha।
Madbhaktaa Yatra Gaayanti Tatra Tishthaami Naarada।।

Meaning: God resides only where his devotees praise him. ‘Kalau Keshavakirtanat' – In Kaliyuga, the kirtan of Lord Keshav is the only means to cross the ocean of existence.
Shri Krishna Kripakataksh Stotra is a very beautiful hymn composed by Lord Shankaracharya. Without chanting, without service and without worship, only by daily recitation of this stotra, one gets the blessings of Shri Krishna and devotion to the lotus feet of Lord Shri Krishna. It is as follows:-

Shri Krishna Kirpa Kataaksha Stotra-

Bhaje Vrajaikamandanam Samastapaapakhandanam,
Svabhaktachittaranjanam Sadaiva Nandanandanam।
Supichchaguchchamastakam Sunaadavenuhastakam,
Anangarangasagaram Namaami Krishna Nagararam॥1॥

Meaning: I always worship Nandanandan, the only ornament of Vrajbhoomi, the destroyer of all sins and the one who gives joy to the mind of his devotees, who has a peacock crown on his head, a melodious flute in his hands and who is the ocean of waves of love, I salute that Natnagar Sri Krishnachandra.

Manojagarvamochanam Vishaalalolalochanam,
Vidhootagopashochanam Namaami Padmalochanam।
Karaaravindabhoodharam Smitavalokasundaram,
Mahendramaanadaaranam Namaami Krishna Varanam
॥2॥

Meaning: I bow to the lotus-eyed Lord, who humbled Kamadeva, who has large, beautiful and playful eyes and who takes away the grief of the Vraj Gopas, who held Giriraj in his hands and whose smile and glance are very captivating, I bow to Lord Krishna, who humbled the King of Gods Indra and is intoxicated like an elephant.

Kadambasoonakundalam Suchaarugandamandalam,
Vrajanganaikavallabham Namaami Krishnadurlabham।
Yashodaya Samodaya Sagopya Sanandaya,
Yutam Sukhaikadaayakam Namaami Gopanayakam
॥3॥

Meaning: I bow to that rare Lord Krishna, who has earrings made of Kadamba flowers in his ears, who has extremely beautiful cheeks and who is the only life-support of the girls of Vrajapura; I bow to that leader of the cowherds, Gopal, who is with the very happy Yashodaji along with the cowherds and Nandji and who is the only source of joy.

Bhuvo Bharavataarakam Bhavaabdhikarandharam,
Yashomatikishorakam Namaami Chittachorakam।
Drigantakaantabhanginam Sadaa Sadaalisanginam,
Dine-Dine Navam-Navam Namaami Nandasambhavam
॥4॥

Meaning: I bow to Nandakumar with beautiful locks of hair, who has placed his lotus feet in the lake of my mind. I bow to Shri Krishnachandra, who removes all defects, protects all the worlds, is the heart of all the Vrajgopas and is the basis of Nandaji's affectionate longing.

Sadaiva Padapankajam Madeeya Manase Nijam,
Dadhaanamuktamaalakam Namaami Nandabalakam।
Samastadoshashoshanam Samastalokaposhanam,
Samastagopamaanasam Namaami Nandalalasam
॥5॥

Meaning: I bow to the helmsman Shri Yashoda Kishore Chittachor who relieves the burden of the earth, who rescues us from the ocean of existence. I bow to Nandlal who is adept in the art of throwing lovely sarcasm, who is always served by divine friends, and who always appears new.

Gunakaram Sukhaakaram Kripaakaram Kripaaparam,
Suradvisannikandanam Namaami Gopanandanam।
Naveena Gopanagaram Naveenakeli-Lamptam,
Namaami Meghasundaram Taditprabhaalasatpatam॥6॥

Meaning: I bow to Gopanandan, who is a mine of virtues and a treasure of happiness, who is kind and ready to shower his blessings upon others, who destroys the enemies of the gods and demons. I bow to Lord Krishna, the new gop friend, who is eager to play new games, who has a dark complexion and is beautiful like lightning and is clad in yellow clothes.

Samasta Gopamohanam, Hridayambujek Modanam,
Namaamikunjamadhyagam Prasanna Bhaanushobhanam।
Nikaamakaamadaayakam Drigantachaarusaayakam,
Rasaalavenugaayakam Namaamikunjanayakam॥7॥

Meaning: I bow to Lord Krishna, who makes all the gopas happy, who makes the heart bloom, who sits in the middle of the grove, who shines like the Sun with a happy mind. I bow to the lord of the grove, who fulfills all the desired desires, whose glances strike like arrows, who sings songs with his sweet flute.

Vidagdha Gopikaamanomanojnyatalpashaayinam,
Namaami Kunjakaanane Pravritdhvahnipaayinam।
Kishorakaantiranjitam Drigamjansushobhitam,
Gajendramokshakaarinam Namaami Shreevihaarina॥8॥

Meaning: I salute Shri Krishnachandra, who sleeps on the beautiful lamp of the four Gopikas, who drinks the fire of separation raging in the Kunjvana, whose body is adorned with the radiance of adolescence, whose eyes are smeared with eyeliner, who freed Gajendra from the crocodile and who plays with Shriji.

The benefit of reciting Shri Krishna Kripa Kataksh Stotra: –

The benefits of reciting Shri Krishna Kripa Kataksh Stotra are infinite.

Yadaa Tadaa Yathaa Tathaa Tataiva Krishna Satkathaa,
Maya Sadaiva Geeyataam Tathaa Kripa Vidheeyataam।
Pramaanikaashtakadvayam Japatyadhitya Yah Pumaan,
Bhavet Sa Nandanandane Bhave Bhave Subhaktimaan
॥9॥

Meaning:  Prabhu! May I be blessed with such grace that wherever and whatever the situation, I may always sing your true stories. The person who will recite or chant these two – Radha Kripakataksh and Shri Krishna Kripakataksh Ashtaks, will be filled with the devotion of Nandanandan Shyamsundar in every birth and he will meet Shri Krishna in person.
