Fasting rules of Sita Navami:

  • On this day, a waterless or fruit-eating fast is observed.
  • Eat food only before sunrise and after sunset.
  • Meditate on Lord Rama and Goddess Sita throughout the day.
  • Stay away from negative thoughts.
