Jay Shiv Omkara, Om Jay Shiv Omkara
Brahma, Vishnu, Sadashiva, Arddhaangi Dhara।।

Meaning: O Lord Shiva! Victory to you! O creator of the sound ‘Om'! Victory to you! You are the form of Brahma, Vishnu, and all other deities, meaning all gods and goddesses are in your form. Here Lord Shiva is described as the form of the Trinity, meaning he is Brahma, he is Vishnu, and he is Shiva himself.

Ek Anan Chaturanan Panchanan Raaje।
Hansanan Garudaasan Vrishavahan Saaje।।

Meaning: You are the Narayana with one face, you are the Supreme Brahma with four faces, and you are Lord Shiva with five faces. You ride on the swan as Brahma's vehicle, you are the carrier of Garuda as Vishnu's vehicle, and you sit upon the bull as Shiva's vehicle.

Do Bhuja Char Chaturbhuja Das Bhuja Ati Sohe।
Trigun Roop Nirakhte Tribhuvan Jan Mohe।।

Meaning: Like Brahma, you have two arms, like Vishnu, you have four arms, and like Shiva, you have ten arms. You possess the qualities of the Trinity within you and are beloved among common people in all three worlds.

Akshamaala Vanamaala Mundamaala Dhari।
Chandan Mrigmad Sohe Bhale Shashidhaari।।

Meaning: Like Brahma, you wear a garland of rudraksha beads, like Vishnu, you wear a garland of fragrant flowers, and like Shiva, you wear a garland of severed heads of demons. Like Brahma, you have a tilak of sandalwood paste, like Vishnu, you have a tilak of musk and saffron, and like Shiva, the moon adorns your forehead.

Shwetambar Peetambar Baaghambar Ange।
Sanakaadik Garunaadik Bhootaadik Sange।।

Meaning: Like Brahma, you wear white garments, like Vishnu, you wear yellow garments, and like Shiva, you wear the skin of a tiger. Alongside you are followers of Brahma such as sages and munis, followers of Vishnu like Garuda and protectors of righteousness, and followers of Shiva like ghosts and spirits.

Kar Ke Madhya Kamandalu Chakra Trishuladhari।
Sukhakaari Dukhakaari Jagapalan Kaari।।

Meaning: In your hands, like Brahma, you hold a water pot (kamandalu), like Vishnu, you hold a discus (chakra), and like Shiva, you hold a trident (trishul). Like Brahma, you create this universe, like Vishnu, you sustain it, and like Shiva, you destroy it.

Brahma Vishnu Sadashiv Jaanat Aviveka।
Pranavaakshar Mein Shobhit Ye Teeno Eka।।

Meaning: Even an ignorant person can understand that Brahma, Vishnu, and Sadashiva are forms of yours. These three gods reside within the primordial sound ‘Om'.

Kaashi Mein Vishwanath Viraajat Nandi Brahmachaari।
Nit Uthi Bhog Lagaavat Mahima Ati Bhaari।।

Meaning: In the city of Kashi, you reside as Vishwanath, accompanied by Nandi as your vehicle and known as a celibate (Brahmachari) who renounces worldly attachments. Devotees who offer daily prayers and offerings to you in the morning are blessed by you, O Lord Shiva.

Trigun Shiv Ji Ki Aarti Jo Koi Nar Gaave।
Kahat Shivanand Swami Manvaanchhit Phal Paave।।

Meaning: Whoever sings the Aarti of Lord Shiva, who is endowed with the three qualities, as per Shivanand Swami ji, attains all their desires fulfilled.
