Shri Hanuman Ji Aarti

।। Aarti keejai Hanuman lala ki ।
Dusht dalan Raghu-nath kala ki.
 ।।

Meaning: Please perform the Aarti, of Hanuman Ji, the supreme devotee of Lord Sri Raghunath Ji, who destroys the wicked

।। Jāke bala se girivara kāṃpe ।
Roga doṣa jāke nikaṭa na jhāṅke
 ।।

Meaning: Those whose strength causes even the mighty mountains to tremble, those devotees who daily chant the name of Hanuman Ji, diseases and afflictions do not dare to come near them, even to peek.

।। Anjani putra mahabaldai ।
Santan ke prabhu sada sahai
।।

Meaning: Mother Anjani's son, Shri Hanuman Ji, is not only immensely powerful but also exceedingly benevolent. Those devotees who sincerely meditate upon Hanuman Ji with true devotion receive their desired blessings. True devotion to Hanuman Ji can grant any desired boon to the devotee. Hanuman Ji always assists true devotees and blesses them abundantly

।। De bira Raghunath pathaye ।
Lanka jari Siya sudh laaye.
 ।।

Meaning: Lord Rama assigned the great task to Hanuman Ji of finding Mother Sita, which he successfully accomplished. Hanuman Ji traveled to the city of Lanka and located Mother Sita.

।।Lanka so kot samudra si khaai ।
Jaat pavanasuta baar na laai
 ।।

Meaning: Around Lanka, there was a deep moat-like sea which was impassable, but the son of the wind, Hanuman, swiftly crossed it with the speed faster than even the wind itself. He leaped over the deep moat and reached Lanka, bringing news of Mother Sita

।।Lanka jaari asur sanhaare ।
Siya-Ram ji ke kaaj samvaare
 ।।

Meaning: Bajrangbali went to Lanka and annihilated the demons, and after meeting Mother Sita he successfully completed the task of searching for her for Lord Shri Ram.

।। Lakshman moorchhit pade sakaare ।
Aani Sanjeevan praan ubaare
।।

Meaning: During the battle with Ravana, when Shri Lakshman ji fell unconscious, Hanuman ji brought the entire mountain to procure the Sanjeevani herb before sunrise to save Lakshman ji's life

।। Paithi pataal tori yamakare।
Ahiraavan ki bhuja ukhaare ।।

Meaning: When Ahiravan took Shri Ram and Lakshman ji to the Patal Lok, it was you who killed Ahiravan and freed the Lord from his captivity

।।Baayein bhuja asur dal maare ।
Daahine bhuja santjan taare
।।

Meaning: Shri Hanuman ji strikes down demons with his left hand and always aids true devotees and saintly beings with his right hand

।। Sura-nar-muni jan aarti utaare।
Jai Jai Jai Hanuman uchare ।।

Meaning: The gods, humans, and sages always perform your worship and chant victory to your name, saying “Victory to Hanuman, Victory to Hanuman.

।। Kanchan thar kapoor lau chaai।
aarti karat Anjana maai ।।

Meaning: Mata Anjana always performs your aarti with a golden plate containing the fragrance of camphor. Therefore, devotees must always burn camphor in the aarti of Shri Hanuman ji

।। Lanka vidhvans kiye raghurai।
Tulsidas swami Hari aarti gaai
 ।।

Meaning: The supreme devotee of Lord Raghuvir, Shri Hanuman ji, destroyed Ravana's Lanka by setting it on fire, while Shri Ram eliminated Ravana and completely annihilated Lanka along with the demons. Goswami Tulsidas himself narrates their glory.

Meaning: This Aarti is complete, of Bajrangbali. The supreme devotee of Lord Raghunath, Shri Hanuman ji, who destroys the wicked

Basi Baikunth parampad paave
 ।।

Meaning: Those devotees who sing Hanuman ji's Aarti with true devotion and complete faith, enjoy all the pleasures in this world and ultimately attain the supreme abode of Baikunth (heaven)
