Maa Mahagauri Stotra

॥ Dhyan Mantra ॥

Vande Vanchhit Kamarthe Chandrarghakrit Shekharam।
Simharudha Chaturbhuja Mahagauri Yashasvinim॥

Meaning: To obtain the desired benefits, I worship Goddess Mahagauri, who fulfills all kinds of desires, has a half-moon on her head, rides a lion, has four arms and bestows fame.

Poornandu Nibham Gauri Somachakrasthitam Ashtamam Mahagauri Trinetrām।
Varabhitkaram Trishul Damarudharam Mahagauri Bhajem॥

Meaning: She resides in all our senses, strengthens the Somchakra, the eighth form of Navdurga is Mahagauri and she has three eyes. She holds a trident and a damru in two of her hands while the other two hands are in the posture of giving protection and blessings to the devotees.

Patambar Paridhanam Mriduhasya Nanalkar Bhushitam।
Manjir, Haar, Keyur, Kinkini, Ratnakundal Manditam॥

Meaning: Mahagauri Mata wears yellow clothes. There is an expression of love on her face and she has adorned herself with various types of ornaments. She has worn a chain, necklace, bangles, kinkini and earrings studded with gems on her body.

Prafulla Vandana Pallavadharam Kanta Kapolam Trailokya Mohanam।
Kamaniyam Lavanyam Mrinalam Chandan Gandhaliptam॥

Meaning: I worship Mahagauri Devi with a happy mind. Her form is very beautiful, graceful, charming and majestic. She is worshipped in all the three worlds.

॥ Stotra ॥

Sarvasankat Hantritvamhi Dhan Aishwarya Pradayanim।
Jnyanada Chaturvedamayi Mahagauri Pranamamyaham॥

Meaning: Mahagauri Mata removes all our troubles. She provides us with wealth and prosperity. It is only by the grace of Mahagauri Mata that we gain knowledge. The four Vedas also describe her glory. I bow to Mahagauri Mata.

Sukhshantidatri Dhanadhanyapradayanim।
Damaruvadyapriya Agha Mahagauri Pranamamyaham॥

Meaning: Mother Mahagauri provides us with happiness and peace. It is through her that wealth comes to our house and we become rich. She likes damru and musical instruments very much. I salute Mahagauri Devi.

Trailokyamangalatvamhi Tapatraya Pranamamyaham।

Varadachaitanyamayi Mahagauri Pranamamyaham॥

Meaning: Auspicious works in all three worlds are possible only by the grace of Mahagauri Maa. She takes away the sufferings of all three worlds and we all bow to her. She is the one who gives blessings to the creatures of this world and saves them. I bow to Mahagauri Maa.
